Migrate HR

Website update for recruitment app

Migrate HR wanted to update their website with separate journeys for candidates and employers. I built new pages to make the users journey more efficient.

When searching for an agency to develop our new site I contacted a few and went for a mix of larger sector specific ones and local boutique. Brett was engaged and asked smart questions to understand not just the brief but us as a business and people. Fantastic from strategy, through development and handover back to our digital team and will be using him going forward.

01 Define

Migrate HR wanted users experiences to be as simple as possible by quickly getting them on the right pages. They wanted two call to action buttons as soon as the user landed on the website which took them to the relevant page for them. The new pages I build had to stay within their brand guidelines as not to stick out and disrupt the user experience.

02 Develop

In order to create separate experiences for their two demographics, I added two CTAs in the hero section to give users the chance to select the correct path straight away. Each button takes the user to demographic-specific pages with content only relevant to them.

03 Deliver

These changes took around 10 hours of hands-on work to complete. Keeping within their already established brand guidelines was a challenge I hadn't faced before as I typically build from blank, however, I think it fits nicely and only adds to their already beautiful website.
